Ms. Chayu serves more than two decades in senior procurement positions in various international IT companies. She is an experienced manager of negotiation processes in the international arena, and lead high level negotiations with suppliers, business partners, and intra-organizational global negotiations
Yael holds a BA degree in psychology and sociology from Bar Ilan University, is a member of IACM, the International Association of Conflict Management, and teaches complex business negotiations classes to graduates students in various academic and professional schools as well as the Executive MBA at Recanati, Tel Aviv University and the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzelia
